Investigations
The Investigations page is the full history of every investigation Puck has run, with status tracking and inline error details for failed runs.
What you see
Common tasks
- Click All / Active / Complete / Failed filter tabs to narrow the list; each tab shows a live count.
- Type into the Search investigations input to filter by query text across any status.
- Click any table row to open the investigation’s detail page, which shows the pathfinder exploration, agent breakdown, and generated report.
- Click the star icon on any row to pin that investigation to the top of the list across sessions.
- Click Retry on a failed investigation to resubmit its original query as a new run.
Filters / shortcuts
The tab strip doubles as the primary filter: Active shows any investigation not yet in complete or failed state, with a pulsing dot for in-progress steps. Active investigations display their current stage (Pathfinder exploring, Compiling fleet plan, Fleet executing, Analyzing results) as a sub-label under the query text.
